The main objective is to identify and select 50 eligible students from Tamil Nadu and Puducherry for a scholarship program. This role requires direct engagement with students and families, assessing eligibility, and providing continued support.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and select 50 deserving students from Tamil Nadu and Puducherry for a scholarship program.- Conduct field visits, interviews, and basic assessments to evaluate student eligibility.- Maintain accurate records and documentation of selected candidates.- Provide ongoing support and guidance to selected students during the scholarship period.- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure student needs are met.- Represent the organization with professionalism and integrity in all student and parent interactions.Requirements:- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Tamil proficiency preferred).- Passion for education and student development.- Ability to travel within Tamil Nadu and Puducherry.- Prior experience in student outreach, counseling, or social work is an advantage.Compensation:- Commission-based on the number and quality of students selected.- Immediate joiners are preferredInterested candidates send your updated resume Phone No: 9442276929 (ref:updazz.com)
