Key Account Management for the Architects and Interior Designers in the defined geography2. Visiting Architects / Interior Designers regularly, building in good relationship with them, providing a very high level of premium service to move them up the value chain3. Ensuring that there is a high level of engagement through exhibitions, new products, and events4. Ensuring follow-ups in terms of samples, recommending products, training of their applicators, knowledge sharing with their team and troubleshooting at any site.7. Own a set of premium /OL Arch/ID - 55-60 and lead by example by converting them through innovative and out of box thinking Ensuring all contractors of A/ID are registered on ICC program.8. Identifying the critical/burning issues of the geography affecting market development & take immediate action to overcome the same with RBDM/RSM9.
