Handling credit underwriting of Equipment Finance cases in the mapped cluster including visiting the customers with the help of credit managers. Ensure highest level of portfolio quality for secured loans against Machinery & Equipment, with the best productivity numbers and continuous increasing efficiency of overall operations by improving the team's competence levels. Monitor and ensure that highest underwriting standards are maintained for the respective Branches to be handled. Ensure regularization of PDD on Invoice, Insurance, CERSAI and ROC charge creation along other doc requirement and close monitoring of the same to be updated within acceptable timelines. Reviewing the portfolio on a monthly basis including analysis on the delinquent cases and suggest changes in current Credit policy. Managing the changes in Credit policy as per market requirement to maintain healthy portfolio quality. Highlighting areas of business opportunities and extend support to the business units on the same. Interact closely with other functions such as Sales/Operations/Collections/ Policy/Product etc. to ensure a smooth day to day functioning of the region.
