Track, manage, and mitigate safety risks; report status at review forums. - Competent in auditing and assessments (Implementation of ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018)
- Proficiency in environmental parameters, chemical reactions and it's reaction on human health & work environment
- Coordinating with statutory bodies & ensure legal compliance, submission of returns, licenses, consents & authorizations etc. (Pollution control board & Fire Department)
- Knowledge on NBC/NFPA/Rajasthan Factories Rules
- Equipment/Machine Safety release process (HIRA & Aspect impact assessment)
- Having experience in customer Audits & handling topic like ESG & Sustainability.
- Monitoring of Sewage treatment plant process/ Effluent treatment plant process & Solid & Hazardous waste management compliance
- Competent knowledge in Compliance tool management & EHS Management system requirements understanding and implementation.
- Knowledge of incident investigation and root cause analysis (CAPA) along with problem-solving skills.
- Conduct periodic Evacuation drill for emergency preparedness for industrial & environmental hazards along with Fire and emergency service management
- Monitoring Heath, Safety & Environment related data & analysis for reduction of incident
- Coordinating and organizing of Monthly Safety Campaigns and training programs.
- Basic/Advanced knowledge on data digitization and visualization tools (Power BI)
