Our EyeRIS interactive flat panel displays (IFPDs), AI-powered video conferencing hubs, and SaaS platforms are redefining collaboration and education for 10,000+ institutions and global enterprises You'll Do:- Drive Channel Partnerships: Build, expand, and empower a network of dealers and distributors; set targets, co-develop forecasts, and ensure incentive alignment.- Hands On Sales & Demos: Lead product demonstrations (IFPDs, digital smart boards, SaaS platform) to enterprise and education verticals - from boardrooms to classrooms.- Revenue Ownership: Achieve GEM business metrics - quarterly sales, pipeline growth, and attainment in Tamil- Nadu's B2B IFPD market.- Strategic Account Development: Engage key customers (schools, corporates) - identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and drive trials and POCs.- Territory Planning: Design and execute territory growth plans; segment accounts, track performance, adjust tactics.- Market Insights & Feedback Loop: Monitor market trends, competitor offers, product feature gaps; feed them back to product/marketing teams.- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, support, and product teams to execute localized campaigns and ensure smooth rollout.You Need to Have:- 8-10+ years in B2B sales in tech/hardware/software, with minimum 6 years managing channel-led models.- Proven record selling interactive displays, SaaS, or collaboration tech.- Deep relationships across school boards, higher-ed institutions, corporate IT procurement in Karnataka.- Excellent communication in English, Hindi & Kannada. - Strong negotiation, presentation, and pipeline management skills.- Prepared to travel 100%.
