Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships. Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database. Working closely with the team across departments to implement growth strategies. Rigorously following up the leads via a variety of channels like Phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, emails etc. Extensively communicating the curriculum and other USPs of the product (profiles of our champion teachers for example) Achieve realistically set weekly targets in a performance-centric, competitive environment. Whom are we looking for Any Bachelor's or Master's degree. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure. Strong organization and project management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
