We're expanding our Inside Sales team and are looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional who is passionate about client interaction, sales, and real estate.Role Summary:We are seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Associate to manage lead engagement, client follow-ups, appointment setting, and CRM tracking. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to drive qualified leads through the sales pipeline.Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to prospective buyer, sellers, and investors across the US and Canada- Handle client inquiries, provide basic information, and qualify leads. Schedule appointments for agents and manage calendars efficiently- Ensure lead show-up rates by following up and confirming appointments- Maintain and update the CRM system with detailed call notes and lead status- Regularly prepare and submit performance reports- Conduct follow-ups via phone, email, or SMS to nurture warm leads- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for effective lead conversion. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and performance targetsQualifications & Skills Required:- Proven experience 0-2 year in inside sales/client handling (Real Estate experience is a plus)- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written (English)- Strong interpersonal and persuasion abilities- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales reporting. Ability to multi-task, manage time efficiently, and stay organized- A result-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
