ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF BILLING OPERATORS Building business by identifying and selling Pharma /FMCG products to prospects, maintaining relationships with clients. Order follow up (Hospitality) up to the supplier and payment follow up for customer. He should handle the procumbent and tracking stocks. Identifying business opportunities by researching prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching, and analysing sales options. Selling products by establishing contact and developing relationships with clients, payment follow ups and making sure to get collection within the said days. He should maintain the Customer relationship with the Clients. Sometime he should visit hospitality and Also need to maintain GPS tagging & tracking. Collecting the payments, Tracking the PODs (Proof of deliveries) for the delivered stocks.
