Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Sr Executive (Account Manager) based in Bengaluru. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction. The Client Relationship Manager will also be responsible for managing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships Experience in managing client accounts and identifying new business opportunities Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs Excellent organizational and time management skills Experience working in the technology industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Engineering and MBA is a must. Responsibilities Account Management Account Mining/ Forecast /Sales Pipeline and report/data Maintaining and publish with internal & External stakeholders MSA/SOW/CR/Work Order initialization and closure End to end, Invoice/ PO/GR Processing. Preparing and update to external stakeholders on SOA, Accruals, Revenue reports and more Data reports to internal team and stack holders for planning Work on RFP's, CRM handling, Very Good on Excel, MS Office/PowerPoint. Account Management, Client Co-ordination, internal co-ordination, Invocing. Data Management, MS Office, CRM.
