Here, we dream big and want to grow beyond borders to every audiophile globally and reach out to over 100 million customers by 2026.Job Summary:We are seeking a visionary Art Director who will work closely with our leadership team to conceptualize and execute compelling campaigns for our brand. You will drive creative projects from inception to completion, ensuring that we deliver visually stunning and strategically sound content that will enhance our sales initiatives.Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement innovative ad campaigns across various digital platforms.
Organize and coordinate photoshoots, ensuring high standards of brand representation.
Design and manage daily creative tasks, adhering to production schedules and quality benchmarks.
Create a cohesive visual identity for the brand, including design guidelines and branding materials.
Develop mobile application prototypes and provide creative direction on user interface design.
Lead the packaging design process, from concept to final product, ensuring consistency with brand messaging.
Craft storyboards for video content, collaborating with the production team for effective storytelling.

Required Skills and Experience:

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative projects.
Demonstrable experience in leading creative projects and guiding a creative team.
Excellent communication skills with a keen openness to feedback and collaboration.
Flexibility in handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Proven leadership abilities and experience in team management.

Behavioral Skills:

Ability to adapt to changing priorities with a positive attitude.
Openness to constructive feedback, with a willingness to continuously improve.
Strong leadership skills, with an ability to inspire and motivate creative teams.

Education and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Art, or related field.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.
