The ideal candidate will be an expert in the SAP CS module and have a strong understanding of its integration with other SAP modules.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the Full Project Lifecycle: Manage and lead SAP CS projects from initial business process mapping (As-Is/To-Be) and blueprinting through configuration, testing (Unit, Integration, UAT), data migration, go-live, and post-go-live support.Requirements Gathering & Solution Design: Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective SAP CS solutions. Create detailed functional specifications for any necessary custom developments (RICEFW - Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).System Configuration: Expertly configure and customize the SAP CS module to align with business processes, including:Service Notifications: Types, statuses, and follow-on actions.Service Orders: Order types, service products, resource-related billing.Repair Procedures: In-house repair orders, third-party repair processes.Warranties and Contracts: Master warranty, service contracts, service agreements.Master Data: Service master data, equipment master, serial numbers, and functional locations.Integration: Possess a deep understanding of the integration points between SAP CS and other modules, especially SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), SAP MM (Materials Management), and SAP FI-CO (Finance and Controlling).Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support for production issues, including troubleshooting, bug fixes, and continuous process improvement.Mentorship & Leadership: Guide and mentor junior consultants, sharing knowledge and providing technical leadership within project teams.Documentation & Training: Develop comprehensive documentation, including business process procedures (BPPs), functional specifications, and end-user training materials. Conduct training sessions for key users and end-users.Required Skills & QualificationsExperience: A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience as an SAP CS Functional Consultant.Project Experience: A proven track record of completing at least two to three full-cycle SAP CS implementations. Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.Technical Knowledge:In-depth knowledge of SAP CS configuration and master data.Experience with RICEFW objects and the ability to work with ABAP developers.Knowledge of data migration tools like LSMW or the newer Data Migration Cockpit (LTMC).Core Business Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.Domain Knowledge: A solid understanding of business processes in the customer service domain, preferably within industries like manufacturing, high-tech, or heavy machinery. .
