- Corporate Sales:
- Develop and execute sales strategies targeting manufacturers and end-user industries (e.g., solar panels, bus/truck bodies, electric poles).
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in targeted sectors.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and converting leads into sales.
- Approvals:
- Lead initiatives to secure vendor approvals with major government departments and private entities (e.g., BMC, MMRDA, DMRC, CPWD, Adani).
- Navigate regulatory and procurement processes to ensure timely approvals.
- Prepare and present proposals, case studies, and technical documentation to meet approval criteria.
- Strategy & Business Development:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Proven experience in corporate sales and securing vendor approvals (minimum 6 years).
- Familiarity with the procurement processes of government and large private entities is highly desirable.
- Experience in industries such as steel, pipes, TMT, or heavy machinery is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent understanding of sales strategies, market dynamics, and regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional initiatives.
