- Monitor and supervise MEP installation works at the construction site.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
- Coordinate with civil, architectural, and MEP contractors to avoid conflicts during execution.
- Electrical systems (cabling, panels, lighting, earthing, DG backup).
- Plumbing systems (water supply, drainage, sewage systems).
- systems (air conditioning, ventilation).
- Fire protection systems (fire alarms, hydrants, sprinklers).
- Low voltage systems (CCTV, intercom, internet, access control).
- Ensure MEP works comply with approved specifications and quality standards.
- Inspect materials and equipment before installation.
- Verify installation quality and workmanship.
- Review MEP drawings and shop drawings submitted by contractors.
- Ensure coordination between MEP and civil/architectural drawings.
- Identify design conflicts and coordinate with consultants for solutions.
- Monitor MEP work progress according to the project schedule.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Identify delays and recommend corrective actions.
- Witness and verify testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
- Ensure systems operate according to design specifications.
- Verify completion of inspection checklists and test reports.
- Coordinate with MEP contractors and subcontractors.
- Review work completion before recommending contractor payments.
- Ensure compliance with approved construction methods.

- Ensure MEP works comply with site safety procedures and HSE guidelines.
- Coordinate with the HSE Officer to maintain safe installation practices.
- Represent the client's interests during MEP works execution.
- Attend site meetings and coordination meetings.
- Provide updates to the Project Manager regarding MEP progress and issues.
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- 5-8 years experience in MEP works in construction projects.
- Experience in residential or villa/villament projects preferred.
- Experience in PMC or consultancy role is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and installation methods.
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and coordination drawings.
- Knowledge of testing and commissioning procedures.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Familiarity with construction documentation and reporting.
- Quality and compliance of MEP installations.
- Timely completion of MEP works as per schedule.
- Effective coordination with civil and architectural works.
- Proper documentation and system commissioning.
