We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting the overall employee experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a good understanding of HR processes.Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and databases.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
  • Address employee queries and grievances promptly and professionally.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
  • Support performance management processes and appraisal cycles.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and events.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR role (freshers with strong internships may also be considered).
  • Knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems (HRMS).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
