- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and databases.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR role (freshers with strong internships may also be considered).
- Knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems (HRMS).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
