- Research, compile and define complex process and identify problem areas in order to work on a solution in partnership with architects, developers and business users
- Design and conceptualize business solution options and articulate underlying impact analysis
- Effectively communicate upwards, regularly reporting on status and sharing work product materials, producing management decks as and when necessary
- Actively support the business strategy, plans and values, contributing to the achievement of a high-performance culture
- Lead other Business Analysts in the delivery of the project and support the F2B Workstream Lead to ensure that projects are on track based on business requirements, risks and issues are appropriately escalated
- Overall 10+ years of experience with minimum of 5 years work related experience and knowledge on analysis methods, tools and techniques, Business Analysis Life cycle, Writing BRDs, FRDs, Process Flows creation, User Stories etc.
- Have lead a team of Business Analysts.
- Working experience on Financial Services and CB/IB Operations e.g. Middle Office, Core processing (settlements, etc.) would be preferred
- Working experience as a Business Analyst on automation/Transformation projects in Agile environment would be preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with other team members and stakeholders (Operations, Technology, Project Team etc.)
- Excellent partnership with business/technology

- High attention to detail and ability to stay organized despite multiple demands
- Ability to commit and prioritize work duties and tasks. Project management/PMO experience would be preferred
