We’re looking for a Senior Creative Designer with a strong focus on UI and visual design to create high-quality, learner-centric digital experiences.In this role, you will lead the visual direction of eLearning products, translating learning concepts into intuitive, engaging interfaces. You’ll combine strong design fundamentals with modern tools, including AI, to deliver scalable and consistent design solutions.What You’ll DoUI & Visual Design (Primary Focus)Design intuitive, visually engaging interfaces for eLearning platforms and digital learning productsCreate wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative SuiteApply strong design fundamentals across layout, typography, color systems, and visual hierarchyEnsure consistency in branding and design standards across all deliverablesOptimize designs for usability, accessibility, and responsive behaviorCreative Execution & CollaborationTranslate storyboards and learning concepts into clear, effective visual experiencesPartner with Instructional Designers, developers, and stakeholders to align design with learning goalsIterate quickly based on feedback while maintaining design qualityAnimation & Motion (Secondary Focus)Create motion graphics, transitions, and micro-interactions to enhance engagementDevelop explainer animations and support video-based learning assetsDesign InnovationUse AI tools to accelerate ideation, asset creation, and workflow efficiencyExplore new approaches to improve visual storytelling and production speedWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of experience in UI, digital, or product designStrong portfolio demonstrating UI design, visual systems, and digital experiencesExpertise in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and accessibilityAbility to take concepts from idea to polished executionStrong communication and collaboration skillsNice to HaveExperience designing for LMS or learning platformsExposure to motion design or animation tools (After Effects or similar)Familiarity with AI design tools and workflowsUnderstanding of instructional design principlesWhy This Role
