• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support during all interactions.

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi , Marathi with a clear and articulate phone manner.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with the ability to influence purchasing decisions.
• Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding service and building relationships.
• Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment and meet sales quotas.
• Proficiency in using computer applications, CRM software, and other sales-related tools.
• High level of resilience, persistence, and adaptability to handle rejection and overcome obstacles.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach with a desire to learn and grow professionally.
• Prior experience in the real estate sector is preferred but not required.
