- Execution and co-ordination of comprehensive marketing plans to help the enablement of priority initiatives within the Global Audit program.
- Create and manage the production of marketing and communications materials and assets for priority internal and external audiences, including digital content, talking points, presentations, brochures, and other materials as needed.
- Collaborate with Region teams to ensure alignment with overall brand messaging/ activation, strategic objectives and activities.
- Work closely with the Global Audit BMC team to ensure seamless and effective delivery of marketing and communication initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in marketing and communications to continually enhance our approach.
- Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as required to support marketing efforts.
- Graduate - Bachelor's degree in business administration, public relations, marketing, event management, communications or related field preferred
- 12 -15 years of total B2B marketing experience in professional services or similar industries
- 10 years' experience in end-to-end campaign/event management via multiple channels, from managing business requirement to implementation to analysis and all phases in between.
- Strong understanding of the audit industry and its key drivers is highly desirable.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing materials.
- Experience in digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and content marketing.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in marketing analytics and familiar with marketing automation tools.
- Leadership experience and the ability to work collaboratively in a global, matrixed environment.
- MBA with a major in Marketing or a MS (Marketing)
- Digital marketing experience
- In-depth knowledge and experience of running large, logistically complex Global events
- Knowledge of meeting industry software, CRM, including web registration & digital marketing applications
- Experience of working within a B2B brand
