To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires the following qualifications:Law degree and qualified to practiceEight (8) years in data privacy lawFluently speak and write in EnglishDeep experience in the application of various APAC privacy, cybersecurity & digital regulations and other applicable regulations to a global company, providing advisory support in regulatory matters and incident management, and providing strategic legal support to ensure privacy, cybersecurity & digital regulatory compliance readinessExperience providing strategic direction on implementation of privacy, cybersecurity & digital legal programs and compliance mechanismsPossesses knowledge of business processes within diverse industries, including, product development and approval, manufacturing, marketing and sellingAdvanced understanding of global privacy, cybersecurity, and digital trends, best practices and legal and regulatory requirementsAbility to form solid assumptions and formulate decisions and recommendations from diverse facts and informationAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Certification from relevant professional organizations, such as the International Association of Privacy ProfessionalsWork experience in large global law firm and/or Fortune 500 environment in an attorney role is strongly preferredCondition:
