Come and become a part of this experience, to fast-track your way to success.We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Infrastructure Engineer to lead and execute complexcustomer-facing infrastructure and migration projects in a Managed Service Provider (MSP)environment. This role is hands-on and project-driven, focused on delivering outcomessuch as Azure migrations, Microsoft 365 migrations, Intune deployments, serverrollouts, and network infrastructure modernization.The ideal candidate is a high-level technical engineer who can independently scope,design, implement, and document solutions while coordinating with internal teams andcustomer stakeholders.CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:Microsoft Cloud + Azure Projects
  • Lead and execute Azure migrations, including server/workload moves, hybrid
configurations, and modernization projects
  • Implement and support:
o Azure AD / Entra ID identity design and best practices
o Azure virtual networking (VNets, routing, peering, VPNs)
o Azure VM deployments and migrations
o Backup and disaster recovery approaches (Azure-based and hybrid)
Microsoft 365 / Exchange / Email Migrations
  • Perform email and tenant migrations, including:
o Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations (as applicable)
o Exchange on-prem to Microsoft 365 migrations
o Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 migrations
  • Execute both manual and tool-driven migrations (cutover, staged, hybrid where
needed)
  • Troubleshoot mail flow, DNS, authentication, and client issues (Outlook, mobile
devices)
Intune / Endpoint Management
  • Design and deploy Microsoft Intune for endpoint management across Windows
environments
  • Implement:
o Device enrollment and compliance policies
o Configuration profiles and endpoint security baselines
o Application packaging and deployment
o Conditional Access best practices in coordination with identity/security
requirements
On-Prem Server and Infrastructure Deployment
  • Deliver customer server projects including:
o New Windows Server builds and upgrades
o Active Directory design/support (GPO, DNS, DHCP)
o File server and storage deployments
o Virtualization platform setup (VMware and/or Hyper-V depending on
customer needs)
Networking / Firewalls / Routing / SD-WAN
  • Lead network infrastructure upgrades and migrations including:
o Firewall deployments and replacements
o Site-to-site VPN design and implementation
o LAN/WAN design improvements and troubleshooting
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
o Fortinet FortiGate
o Palo Alto
o Meraki
  • Implement and support:
o SD-WAN
o Routing and segmentation (VLANs, static/dynamic routing concepts)
o Network cutovers and customer migration planning
Linux OS / Upgrade Experience
  • Support Linux server environments including:
o OS upgrades and patching
o Troubleshooting services and performance issues
o Basic security best practices and configuration hardening
Documentation, Scoping, and Project Execution
  • Own project success from start to finish:
o Discovery and scoping support
o Solution design and implementation
o Change planning and execution
o Customer handoff, documentation, and internal knowledge transfer
  • Create professional documentation including diagrams, runbooks, and
implementation notes.Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in an MSP or consulting environment delivering
infrastructure projects
  • Strong expertise in:
o Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint basic
familiarity)
o Azure infrastructure and migrations
o Windows Server and Active Directory environments
o Intune deployment and endpoint management
  • Proven experience executing:
o O365 and Google mail migrations (manual and tool-based)
o Server deployments and infrastructure cutovers
o Firewall/network migrations and troubleshooting
  • Strong networking foundation including routing, VPNs, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and SDWAN fundamentals
  • Ability to work independently, lead implementations, and drive projects to
completion.Preferred Qualifications
  • Azure certs (AZ-104, AZ-305) or equivalent real-world expertise
  • Microsoft 365 certs (MS-102 or equivalent)
  • Experience with migration tools such as:
o BitTitan MigrationWiz (or similar platforms)
o SkyKick (or similar)
  • Exposure to security tooling and concepts:
o MFA, Conditional Access, Defender, baseline hardening
  • Experience in standardized MSP delivery:
o Templates, repeatable project checklists, strong documentation habits.Soft Skills / Work Style
  • Strong customer-facing communication and confidence leading technical calls
  • Calm, organized, and effective during outages, cutovers, and high-pressure
migrations
  • Strong prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven with excellent documentation habits

  • Projects are delivered on time with minimal rework or escalation
