- Liaise with the Key Account Manager, product teams, clients to understand journey requirements.
- Program cross-channel journeys personalized journeys leveraging the organization's marketing stack and schedule/trigger journeys in a time-bound fashion as per the instructions received from the campaign manager.
- Share customer response/reports with the Key Account Manager in a timely/automated fashion.
- Automating cross-channel campaigns that leverage external analytics.
- Monitor journeys for relevance; alert campaign manager if any journey falls below a relevance threshold.
- Ensure compliance with the organization's communication rules and policies.
- Good knowledge of independently configuring marketing tools for execution; experience with customizations.
- Creating portfolio wise dashboards for campaign metrics on customer response.
