Job Description:Role/Job Title - Campaign ManagerFunction/Department - Digital MarketingJob Purpose:Is comfortable in running cross-channel campaigns using market leading technologies such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience cloud; the individual should have good working knowledge of tools such as SF Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey builder, Automation studio and Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target; the campaign manager should have through experience of configuring personalized marketing journeys across channels; the executive to bring cross-channel knowledge of technology and marketing.Roles & Responsibilities:

Liaise with the Key Account Manager, product teams, clients to understand journey requirements.
Program cross-channel journeys personalized journeys leveraging the organization's marketing stack and schedule/trigger journeys in a time-bound fashion as per the instructions received from the campaign manager.
Share customer response/reports with the Key Account Manager in a timely/automated fashion.
Automating cross-channel campaigns that leverage external analytics.
Monitor journeys for relevance; alert campaign manager if any journey falls below a relevance threshold.
Ensure compliance with the organization's communication rules and policies.
Good knowledge of independently configuring marketing tools for execution; experience with customizations.
Creating portfolio wise dashboards for campaign metrics on customer response.

Educational Qualifications:Graduation: Bachelor's in engineering / technology / Math's / Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business / Computers / ManagementPost Graduation: MBA, PGDMExperience: 5 to 10 years
