Job descriptionJob Title: Executive Assistant to Madam (Head of Reputed Business Family). Salary: upto 50K PM Location: Daryaganj, Delhi Shift Timing: 11 AM to 8 PM (Monday to Saturday) We are seeking a professional, organized, and dynamic Executive Assistant to support Our Madam (Aged 65 Years) to manage her personal, professional, and family-related tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:  Manage calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements & direct report to Madam.  Should be able to communicate to various vendors & society people.  Emails drafting, letters, and other communications on behalf of Madam.  Organize and maintain files, documents, Excel Sheet & MIS Reports.  Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion. Assist with family-related needs, including household management, liaising with domestic staff.  Manage budgets, expenses, and financial records.  Manage incoming and outgoing communications and prioritize based on importance.  Coordinate travel logistics, including flight bookings, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries.  Maintain a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and respect when handling personal and family matters. Required Qualifications and Skills:  Minimum graduation with convent education background.  Experience of 10 to 15 years as executive assistance or experience with distinguished family or NGO or charitable organization.  Excellent written, verbal communication & good surfer on internet.  Dynamic, Good Looking & Pleasing Personality.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and other useful software's.  Discretion, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality.  Proactive, self-starter, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.  Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and schedules.  Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a variety of individuals.  Should be able to travel with Madam Health & Wellness Assistance  Confidentially maintain health records & reminder for medicines or wellness routine  Schedule medical appointments & manage stock of Ayurvedic medicines etc.Job requirements
