NeoDash is searching for a talented and imaginative Part-Time Visual Content Creator / Graphic Designer to join our YouTube content creation team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for storytelling through visuals and a knack for designing engaging graphics tailored specifically for YouTube videos. If you're enthusiastic about creating visually stunning content that captivates audiences, we want you on our team! Responsibilities: Conceptualize and design visually appealing graphics, thumbnails, and other assets for YouTube videos. Create custom animations, other motion graphics to enhance video content and maintain brand consistency. Design engaging intro/outro sequences and end screens that encourage viewer interaction and subscription. Optimize visual content for YouTube's platform, ensuring thumbnails are attention-grabbing and video graphics enhance overall viewer experience. Stay informed about YouTube trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to continually refine visual strategies and maximize video performance. Integrate graphics seamlessly into video content, ensuring high-quality output. Provide creative input and contribute ideas to improve the visual quality and effectiveness of YouTube content. Requirements: Previous experience as a graphic designer, motion graphics artist, or visual content creator, with a strong portfolio showcasing YouTube-specific work. Proficiency in graphic design and animation software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects). Solid understanding of YouTube's visual guidelines, including thumbnail design best practices and video format requirements. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and the ability to maintain brand consistency across all visual assets. Creativity and innovation to generate original ideas and solutions for enhancing YouTube content. Passion for YouTube and online content creation, with a desire to stay ahead of trends and experiment with new visual techniques. Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred but not required.
