The cards product team focuses on building the product propositions, programs and features that enable us to build a best in class product suite in the market. Axis is the 4th largest in the cards industry and is one of the fastest growing cards business in the industry. Cards product works closely with other critical functions like sales, risk, alliances, operations, marketing & IT to ensure seamless delivery of services to our customers.
About the Role� �This role is individual techno functional contributor role with prior experience as BSU or Business analyst for Credit Card.� Role also entails working across various team and working on projects.� Person will work with various stakeholders to drive IT related projects with focus on various Credit Card projects.� Person will work on various integration, API , related subjects� It involves all stages of PMO including BRD writing, initial discussions, UAT, Development and governance etc.� Need to have knowledge of Cards, customer journey and APIPrevious working experience of CTL Prime and surround system is preferred.
Key Responsibilities� Act as Technology Consultant to Business Team to ensure requirements are fulfilled with min changes to multiple Systems� Responsibility includes all stages of PMO project management including BRD writing, initial discussions, UAT, Development and governance etc.� Liasing with key stakeholders like respective IT RMs, Product, Portfolio, Sales, Credit, Policy, BBOG, DBAT, BIU, etc.� Launch and scale up new functionalities for Credit Card to enhance acquisition and customer management process including Product and Portfolio� Build capabilities for Life cycle management on various card journey. �� Providing Ongoing support for New Developments/Change requests- Implementation of Policy, Business & compliance Changes- Management of Partners Tech requirements & Queries- Ensure all the business, technical, regulatory and compliance related changes for the Credit Card Business are implemented� Design Technology Solutions with support from internal Tech Teams and Application Vendors� Ensure Solutions are scalable and there are no major functional issues post Production� Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects� Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility� Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and cost
