Area Sales Manager (ASM)Location: Nagpur, Banaras, Mumbai, Lucknow, Chandigarh, VijayawadaExperience: 2+ YearsQualification: Bachelor's DegreeJob Responsibilities- Drive sales growth for microscopes in the assigned territory- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Pathology Labs, Diagnostic Centers, Hospitals, Medical Colleges, Universities, Agricultural Labs, FSL, and Industrial sectors- Promote products to both government and private sector institutions- Schedule and attend meetings with doctors and healthcare professionals through planned appointments and regular visits- Conduct product demonstrations, customer training, and provide technical support- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets- Execute sales and marketing strategies as directed by the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) or National Sales Manager (NSM)- Submit daily sales reports and share customer feedback regularly- Manage area sales activities, follow up on outstanding payments, handle customer complaints, and visit hospitals and doctors- Analyze market potential in the assigned region and monitor sales performance- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement- Learn product features and provide basic troubleshooting support when required- Prepare and submit weekly reports to management- Complete tasks assigned by the reporting managerPreferred Candidate Profile :- Minimum 2 years of sales experience- Strong communication and relationship-building skills- Ability to handle field sales and territory management independently- Experience in medical equipment, diagnostics, healthcare, or scientific product sales will be preferred- Willingness to travel within the assigned region (ref:updazz.com)
