Build and Manage vendor relationship PAN India. Front end clients, execute events . Should be able to create an estimate excel pre event and closure sheet post event. Should be prompt in responding to all servicing enquiries Oversee end to end Event operations , from the brief to post event summary Work in Sync with Client Servicing & Business teams . Centralization of briefs and delegation of jobs and responsibilities. Must HAVE knowledge of Sounds/Light/AV/Console Management/Virtual event / hybrid event Knowledge of New Technologies, artist, venue and vendors. Vendor Management Create an effective and viable preferred vendor list . Vendor Finalization for each event( based on the size of the event). Managing vendor relationship
