Project Leadership & DeliveryLead medium-complexity initiatives through the full project lifecycle—from initiation and planning through execution, implementation, and transition.Build and manage detailed project plans, schedules, RAIDQ logs, project financial forecasts, and communication plans.Actively monitor project health, manage risks/issues, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.Lead cross-functional meetings, status updates, decision forums, and project working sessions.Ensure compliance with organizational governance, documentation standards, and regulatory expectations.Business & Technical Analysis (Applied Expertise)Translate business objectives into clear, actionable requirements and ensure solution alignment with business and technology strategies.Support requirements gathering, process mapping, system/data analysis, and clarifications for technical teams.Contribute to design discussions, solution validation, and quality assurance—including test planning, UAT coordination, and defect triage.Help identify impacts across processes, systems, data flows, operations, and customer experience.Stakeholder EngagementServe as a primary point of contact between business partners, technology teams, operations, and vendors.Communicate project progress, risks, and decisions in a clear, executive-ready manner.Manage expectations, negotiate priorities, and facilitate decision-making across diverse stakeholder groups.Operational ExcellenceSupport continuous improvement efforts within the Bank delivery organization.Recommend enhancements to processes, tools, templates, and ways of working.Capture and socialize lessons learned to strengthen future project delivery.Required Qualifications2-3 years of direct project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives and 3-5 years of experience as a Business AnalystProven track record managing projects using Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid delivery methodologies.Experience building project schedules, managing risks, facilitating stakeholder discussions, and driving project execution.Strong business and technical analysis skills, with the ability to translate requirements into actionable plans.Conduct detailed business analysis, translating high-level business needs into clear, concise, and complete requirements.Draft Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage ambiguity while delivering structure, clarity, and momentum.Preferred QualificationsExperience in financial services, banking, operations, or technology implementation projects.Vendor management or third‑party solution implementation experience.Certifications: PMP, CAPM, CSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent.Familiarity with Lean or process improvement methodologies.Why This Role Is a Great Fit for the Right CandidateDesigned for someone with project management experience who also brings analytical depth to support strong delivery outcomes.Opportunity to lead meaningful initiatives with visibility across business and technology teams.Balanced mix of project execution, stakeholder leadership, and hands-on analytical work when needed.In-Office CollaborationWe are a client-centric, relationship-based business.
