- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards
- Manage internal controls and risk management processes
- Lead audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies
- Support strategic financial planning and decision-making
- Coordinate and contribute to IPO readiness and execution (if applicable)
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and financial regulations
- Experience in handling IPO documentation, due diligence, and SEBI compliance
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
