- Managing and mentoring a team of Data Scientists, promoting personal growth and career progression to retain Data Science talent.
- Ensuring timely and successful delivery of data science projects.
- Collaborating with Software Engineering squads in the delivery of Data Science capabilities through new and innovative products & services.
- Engaging with partners and stakeholders to develop new approaches and methodologies achieving business objectives.
- Contributing to the design and delivery of data science roadmaps that support customer and business outcomes.
- Planning and delivering data science projects from POC to MVP to production, using modern agile methodologies and tools.
- Ensuring outcomes are data-driven by using OKRs to think big, start small, and scale fast.
- Have Data Science and Machine Learning experience
- Experience in building and managing data science or analytics teams responsible for delivering, scaling and productionizing data and analytics products.
- Be expert in Data Science and/or Machine Learning, with the ability to build advanced models and roll into production,
- Have understanding of typical and novel data steps to prepare and process data for analysis,
- Have understanding of Data Science frameworks that will support the development of new insights, advanced modelling techniques, and capabilities.
- Experience performing data science in a modern DevOps, MLOps, and data engineering environment,
