• Coordinate all the activities of the project, be an interface between the vendors and the consultants and ensure timely delivery of GFC drawings at site.
• Ensures execution as per the approved shop drawings, GFC drawings as well as specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants to resolve any site related execution issues on time.
• Clarify any missing detail in the drawing to the site team whenever required.
• Value Engineering: Coordinate with consultants to arrive at the cost effective solution with maximum durability of the system
• Coordination: Coordination between the architect and consultants on one hand and contractor on the other hand for timely delivery of drawings and details.
• Supervision: Periodic supervising the works carried out by the contractor in terms of timely delivery and quality as per the specifications

• B.Tech/M.Tech-Civil
• 8-16 years of experience in similar roles with leading developers
