We are currently looking for a Senior Engineer (Python) in India.As a Senior Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance software solutions that power innovative digital products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align system architecture with business goals while maintaining strong code quality and security standards. This role requires both hands-on engineering expertise and the ability to guide processes that improve product reliability and efficiency. Lead the design, development, and delivery of critical system enhancements and software projects.
Ensure smooth execution of project deliverables within timelines.
Collaborate with fellow engineers to maintain product consistency across all development phases.
Enhance product quality, performance, and security by driving process improvements.
Adhere to development standards while actively promoting engineering best practices.
Contribute as an individual engineer while also mentoring when needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in software development with expertise in Python frameworks (Django, Flask).
Strong background in RESTful API and web services design.
Proficiency with version control systems such as Git.
Hands-on experience in front-end development (React or Angular).
Experience working with ETL data pipelines.
Skilled in writing SQL queries and working with relational databases.
Familiarity with AWS services for scalable solutions.
Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement.
