India's No.1 News Network, Republic Media Network is opening up recruitment in it's HR team. We are on a lookout to hire an HR operations specialist who can manage the end to end employee lifecycle of Republic Media Network. Given below is a detailed description of the job along with the qualifications & skills required for this role- Responsible for the day-to-day delivery and administration of core employee life cycle processes including On-boarding, HR documentation, Employee relations, Grievance handling, Attendance & Leave management and Off-boarding. Manage background and compliance check monitoring for new hires. First point of contact for employees regarding HR System and process related questions. Resolve any employees' queries, such as those related to issues like salary, attendance & leave management. Responsible for maintaining and ensuring full compliance of physical and digital employment files and overall record keeping. Responsible for maintaining HR new hire and termination tracker. Responsible for handling/maintaining Mediclaim-related queries. Ensure that all HR employee transactions comply with internal control guidelines, employment laws and Global HR process changes. Ensure employee life cycle changes are accurately captured in HR System and business processes & are complete before the payroll deadline. A minimum bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or any other related field. 1-2 years of professional experience in working with Human Resources operations. Well-versed with Microsoft Suite, particularly possessing Excel, Word & PowerPoint skills with advanced knowledge of spreadsheets and formulae. Knowledge of working on Applicant Tracking System can be an added advantage. Have a strong focus on problem-solving & should have a solution-oriented approach. Possess extensive data analysis skills and should be eager to analyse and organize collected data with particular attention to detail and accuracy. Able to effectively collaborate with teams from other departments. Possess strong organizational skills and extraordinary written and oral communication skills along with solid presentation skills. Have robust documentation skills and a track record of presenting observations and analyses to upper management in properly formatted reports. Can work independently and in a team while closely following through on both oral and written instructions. Show a ready-to-work approach with a practical mindset with a keen willingness to adapt to new HR tools and processes. Can multitask effectively, organize projects/initiatives, and implement ideas while meeting established deadlines.
