We are looking for a talented SAP Central Finance (CFIN) Associate Director to lead our finance transformation initiatives. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and optimization of SAP Central Finance solutions, driving the consolidation of financial processes across multiple entities and systems.Your expertise in Central Finance will play a crucial role in enhancing financial visibility and reporting across the organization, ensuring that our financial operations align with business objectives. You will collaborate with various stakeholders and lead a team of professionals to deliver innovative SAP solutions that address client needs.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation and management of SAP Central Finance initiatives, ensuring alignment with best practices and client expectations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their financial consolidation needs and tailor SAP CFIN solutions accordingly.
  • Oversee project scope, resources, budgets, and timelines to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Mentor and develop a strong team of SAP CFIN consultants to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Facilitate integration with other SAP modules (FI, CO, etc.) and external systems to streamline financial processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization in financial operations using SAP Central Finance.
Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 14-20 years of experience in SAP finance modules, with at least 5 years focusing on SAP Central Finance.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial consolidation, intercompany processing, and finance integration in an SAP environment.
  • Proven experience leading SAP CFIN projects with successful implementations and transformations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills capable of interpreting complex financial data and challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration among diverse teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
