- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve project sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Drive sales for residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate developments.
- Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and pricing strategies in the Surat real estate market.
- Identify new sales opportunities and customer segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Surat-based brokers, property consultants, investors, and HNI clients.
- Leverage local networking with builders’ associations, real estate communities, and business groups to generate high-quality leads.
- Develop strong connect with local channel partners and brokerage firms to expand market reach.
- Actively participate in local business forums, real estate events, and community networks to strengthen brand presence.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team to ensure high performance and accountability.
- Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the team.
- Conduct regular pipeline reviews and sales performance meetings.
- Develop and strengthen the channel partner ecosystem to drive consistent lead generation and conversions.
- Design channel partner incentive programs to boost sales performance.
- Manage relationships with key clients, investors, and high-value buyers.
- Handle negotiations and ensure closure of premium deals.
- Resolve escalations to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Track sales funnel, lead conversion ratios, and revenue forecasts.
- Work closely with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns, project launches, and promotional events.
- Ensure accurate sales MIS, reporting, and forecasting.

- Proven experience in selling residential or commercial real estate projects
- Experience managing large sales teams and channel partners
- Sales revenue and project sell-through rate
