Responsibilities:🔹 Strategic Procurement & Systems
  • Design and implement robust purchasing policies and systems aligned with company protocols
  • Introduce tech-forward tools like e-procurement and inventory dashboards for operational visibility
  • Apply data analytics for demand forecasting and supplier performance evaluation
🔹 Vendor & Market Intelligence
  • Source competitive quotations (minimum 3 per item as per policy) and ensure optimal product value
  • Negotiate strategic contracts and standing orders with preferred vendors across Rooms, F&B, wellness, and club facilities, golf course
  • Conduct hygiene and quality audits for delivered goods; ensure supplier compliance with health protocols
  • Research and onboard innovative products and services to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency
🔹 Inventory & Store Management
  • Approve storeroom reorders within pre-established Min/Max levels
  • Oversee physical control of all store items; manage authorized issuance, timing schedules, and key control
  • Creating a Par Stock and Maintain optimal inventory levels for daily operations and emergency buffer stock
  • Force-issue obsolete items and coordinate disposals with finance
🔹 Operations & Collaboration
  • Liaise daily with Executive Chef for market list deliveries
  • Align purchase orders with promised delivery dates; manage 'pending orders' and cancellations efficiently
  • Approve item discrepancy reports, new item requests, and documentation related to quotes and pricing
  • Coordinate with Purchasing team, Receiving Agent, Cost Controller, and Stores Supervisor
🔹 Team Development & Admin Oversight
  • Lead and train purchasing team on company systems and compliance procedures
  • Maintain all purchasing documents, files, and supplier listings up-to-date and audit-ready
  • Spot-check system-entered data, supplier quotations, and departmental requisitions
🔹 Sustainability & Innovation
  • Embrace local and eco-friendly sourcing where applicable
  • Identify slow-moving items; optimize consumption cycles through regular monitoring
  • Support hotel-wide sustainability targets via responsible procurement
Qualifications:Education-Graduate/Diploma in Business, Purchasing & Supply, or MBA preferredExperience-Minimum 4 years as Assistant Purchase Manager in hospitality
