We are backed by leading investors and are expanding our engineering presence in India.Role OverviewWe are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Full Stack Developer (Java + React.js) with 2–3 years of experience to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining scalable backend services and creating engaging user interfaces that power Docyt's AI-driven platform.Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Java (Spring Boot).
  • Build responsive and dynamic web interfaces using React.js and related frontend technologies.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver end-to-end features.
  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, performance tuning, and unit testing.
  • Work with event-driven architectures using Kafka.
  • Implement search functionality using Elasticsearch.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and work with cloud-native tools and services.
  • Ensure high performance and responsiveness across the full application stack.
Required Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of professional experience in full stack development.
  • Proficiency in Java 17+ and Spring Boot 3.x for backend development.
  • Hands-on experience in React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL or PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarity with Git and version control best practices.
  • Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
  • Experience with Redux, TypeScript, or frontend testing libraries.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, or Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with Gradle and modern build tools.
  • Experience with Elasticsearch for search functionality.
  • Exposure to Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other message brokers.
  • Background or interest in fintech, accounting systems, or AI-driven platforms.
