Inviting applications for the role of SM, Logistics
We are looking for Responsible for someone for the management of hospitality related services including Catering services to Staff, Customer visits, Reception, Copier and document centre services, Mail room etc
Responsibilities

Relationship Management with Employees, peer groups within the function
External vendor partners to ensure optimum service delivery aligned to the Facility Manager
Deliver the Business plan as committed
Responsible for effective communication and proactive approach toward problem solving
Specific ownership for Facility Management service delivery model
Responsible for comprehensive delivery of Services, ensuring operational control of the services.
Management of any crisis, following the Genpact’s Business Continuity process and procedures.
Act as Security coordinator for Global CSO and implement security and safety standards
Maintain accurate records/documentation of contracts and administration
Cafeteria Management, Menu planning, supervision at café at Peak hours, ensure cleanliness at café
Kitchen visits and evaluation, vendor SLA review adherence, customer feedback management
Gym-showers-equipment maintenance-supplies, Vendor management
Client visit management (includes client badging, car/hotel booking, general assistance etc)

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications

Graduate
Meaningful experience in Logistics / Transport management, with good negotiation / good interpersonal skills.
Good MS office skills, especially Excel, ERP tools.
Should have atleast developed a team of 2-3 members.
Good Communication Skills

Preferred qualifications

Individuals with a Hotel Management/Hospitality Industry background
