WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?The UX/UI Designer will contribute to various design deliverable needs for our grant management products. This UX/UI Designer will also guide the creation of a design system for products, including the maintenance of a component library, in preparation for the products’ expansion. This role requires prior experience working with and contributing to design systems and fluency with Figma.RESPONSIBILITIES:● Work effectively and one-on-one with Technical and Non-Technical team members and customers.● Oversee, and maintain accountability for, the successful creation and maintenance of the design system.● Take the primary role on enterprise level projects with minimal direction from a director or engagement manager.● Effectively facilitate meetings, demonstrate brainstorming, and interact with team members across the product development spectrum.● Be a strong and continuous advocate for the value of strong design and a consistent user experience across our growing product lines.● Be curious about ongoing product research and able to integrate research insights into design decisions.RequirementsMUST HAVE:● Bachelor’s degree with 5–8 years of experience in a design-related field.● Demonstrated experience building and maintaining a design system from scratch.● Fluent proficiency in Figma (or similar prototyping and design tools).● Basic understanding of at least one programming language (JavaScript, C#, etc.).● Strong experience collaborating with developers and designers.BenefitsAs Per Industry
