We provide comprehensive after-sales support and maintenance services to ensure optimal performance of our equipment.Job Description:Roles & Responsibilities: - Initiate and manage the full sales process within the assigned territory and product range. - Develop customer accounts by understanding customer's current and future plans to achieve assigned target. - Expand the business network by offering products to generate new leads from existing and new customers. - Conduct technical demonstrations/presentations of the products at customer sites. - Maintain the CRM with relevant and up-to date customer and sales opportunity information. - Conduct market surveys and estimate market share in all major product categories, competitor market share, and strategies. - Actively contribute to sales growth by identifying new opportunities at customer site for existing and new products. - Review customers' enquiries, liaise with clients, internal departments and relevant parties - Assisting at seminars, training courses and product launches. - Attending and organizing local exhibitions. - Identity and implement appropriate action plans to track key accounts consumption patterns.Experience/Qualifications: - B.Sc./Diploma holder/BE in ECE, EEE, EIE (preferably Engineers) - Minimum 3 to 5 years of Sales experience in Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology Laboratory equipment - Experience in selling capital equipment is an addonKey Competencies: - Knowledge of Lab products like Freezers, Co2 Incubators, Shakers, Furnaces, Incubators, Ovens,- Freeze Dryers, Centrifuges, Lab washers, Table top autoclaves, Safety cabinets etc. - Knowledge of key customers in Hospital segment, Life Sciences & Healthcare companies, Pharma companies and Research & Educational Institutes.- Interpersonal Skills - Communication - verbal and written proficiency with good presentation skills - Knowledge of commercial terms - Excellent project planning, change and time-management capabilities - Strong attention to detail, and ability to multi-task - Result oriented and achievement driven - Good in Negotiation Skill - Willing to travel (ref:updazz.com)
