SUB STATION ENGINEER (POWER PLANT ) - RAIPUR

• Developing substation layouts, including physical and protection & control designs.

• Preparing detailed drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

• Conducting calculations for relay coordination, short circuit analysis, and transformer sizing.

• Specifying and procuring equipment.

• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Managing project scope, schedule, and budget.

• Coordinating with other engineering disciplines and stakeholders.

• Monitoring project progress and identifying potential risks.

• Supervising and mentoring junior engineers.

• Overseeing the construction and installation of substation equipment.

• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during operation and maintenance.

• Ensuring proper grounding, lightning protection, and other safety measures.

• Identifying and implementing new technologies and processes.

• Developing and improving substation standards and practices.

• Conducting research and development in the field of substation engineering.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in substation design, construction, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., NEC, NESC, IEEE).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in engineering software and tools.
