Role Objective:Execute daily outlet visits, support order collection, and ensure product visibility at the retail level.Key KPIs:● Outlet visits: 40 per day● Productive calls: ≥ 60%● New outlets added: 10–20/month● Beat adherence: 100%● Daily reporting compliance: 100%Key Responsibilities:Sales Execution● Visit assigned outlets as per daily beat plan● Support order booking and ensure billingMarket Coverage● Identify and onboard new retail outlets● Ensure product availability and visibilityRetail Execution● Implement schemes and display materials● Maintain strong retailer relationships● Adherence to submit Feedback formReporting & Discipline● Punch-in/out via company app (GPS mandatory)● Submit daily activity reportsSystems:● Mandatory usage of FieldAssist / Unolo● GPS tracking, route tracking, and visit validationQualification:● Minimum: 10th / 12th Pass● FMCG experience preferred
