- Develop and carry out strategic sales plans to reach business objectives in the healthcare sector.
- Identify and pursue new business prospects within hospitals, institutions, and government tenders.
- Manage distribution channels and ensure flawless execution of sales initiatives.
- Coordinate and conduct professional education programs for healthcare professionals to drive product adoption.
- Maintain positive relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and manage dealer networks effectively.
- Attend medical procedures with healthcare providers to demonstrate product capabilities.
- Monitor market trends, recognize threats and opportunities, and suggest strategies to address them.
- Travel a minimum of 10-12 days out of the headquarters each month to cover the assigned territory.
- Proven experience in the health services industry, preferably with exposure to surgical or diagnostic organizations.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with hospitals, institutions, and government tenders.
- Experience in distribution and coordinating professional education programs for healthcare professionals.
- Preferably experienced with medical devices, especially in specialties such as Biopsy, Oncology, Nephrology, Radiology, and Urology.
- Outstanding candidates from other specialties will also be considered.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Past experience in a med tech device company and an MBA will be preferred.
- Proven ability to open new territories and expand market presence.
- Strong analytical abilities to monitor market trends and identify strategic responses.
