Job Title : Product ManagerAbout GreytipGreytip Software is India's largest cloud HR & Payroll software solutions company. Our mission is to improve people-centric practices and performance in SMEs (Small & Medium Enterprises) through our cloud solution, greytHR.We are looking for a dynamic Product manager to support greytHR by taking up new integration ideas and bringing them to life. This will be a key role in our organization as it will be bridging greytHR with internal as well as external stakeholders while including end-user needs. This means you should not only be able to own high-level strategic initiatives, but also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done.Position PurposeAs a Product Manager, your primary responsibility is to drive the success and profitability of the products you manage throughout their lifecycle. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support to define the product vision, prioritize features, and execute the product roadmap. Your goal is to ensure that the product meets customer needs, achieves business objectives, and maintains competitiveness in the market.Duties & Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and refine the product's vision and strategy. Conduct market research to identify customer needs and assess competitive offerings.
Roadmap Planning: Build and prioritize the product roadmap based on business goals, market trends, and customer feedback.
Feature Development: Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define product requirements, scope features, and oversee the development cycle.
Customer Engagement: Engage with customers through interviews, surveys, and product feedback channels to gather insights and incorporate them into product development.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, ensuring product messaging aligns with target customer segments.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze product performance against key metrics to inform future product decisions.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary product evangelist, communicating progress, and updates to internal stakeholders and external partners.

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor's degree required
6+ years with increasing levels of responsibility in product management, software development, and/or technical delivery services for SaaS solutions
2+ years' experience in product manager with demonstrated success defining and launching SaaS products
Strong grasp of data driven product management in the software industry
Experience of agile/Kanban product management principles
Passion for technology including Cloud, Social, Mobile and Analytics in B2B space
A prior history of working well with internal and external stakeholders including executives, peers, customers, and partners
A unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.
Good knowledge of HR, Recruitment and Payroll practices is a plus
Experience in tools like Google Analytics/Mixpanel/Pendo, Amplitude
