Lead the development of women’s health practice.
Lead, mentor, and supervise junior doctors and other healthcare staff in the department.
Define clinical protocols to continuously improve clinical product and patient experience
Define training data for the AI products
Facilitate tie-up with 3rd party players for investigations and procedures
Ensure highest standards of patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes
Work in unison with senior management to develop end to end clinical journeys
Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of issues related to the female reproductive system, using a combination of AI and Doctors.
Perform routine examinations and complex surgeries, or tie-up with relevant facilities to facilitate the same.

Skills Required

Should be able to manage high-risk pregnancies, prenatal care, delivery planning, and postpartum care, etc.
Should be up to date with advancements in the field through continuous education and implement evidence-based practices in patient care.
Should be willing to participate in research projects and contribute to the clinical mission of the business
Should have the knowledge of evolving healthcare regulations and hence, maintain the highest standards of patient confidentiality and care.

RequirementsPreferred Qualifications and Experience

MD/DNB in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
A valid medical license to practice in Delhi NCR
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience post MD.
Tech savvy, and keen to use technology and AI in clinical practice.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.
Any additional certifications or qualifications related to Gynaecology is a plus.
