We are looking for a Lead Developer with strong C or ProC development to support a telecom-focused application environment. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in telecom systems, high-performance and mission-critical applications.RequirementsRequired Skills & Qualifications

10 years of Telco Billing software development experience
Proficiency in C or ProC programming
Solid experience in the telecom domain
Strong understanding of backend systems and database integration
Experience working in Unix/Linux environments
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
PL/SQL, Shell Scripting
Experience with Oracle Databases
Experience with Tuxedo middleware
Exposure to large-scale telecom billing or provisioning systems

Good to Have

Prior experience working in distributed or legacy-modern hybrid systems
Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra) and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
Experience in event-driven architecture and messaging platforms such as Kafka
Familiarity with front-end frameworks (Angular, PowerBuilder) is an advantage.

Design, develop, and maintain Telco Billing applications
Develop and enhance backend components using C or ProC
Work closely with telecom business and technical teams to support core system functionality
Analyze system requirements and implement scalable, high-performance solutions
Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable solutions
