Days: Sunday Leave - Timings – 10:00 am to 7:00 pm📝 Role Overview:We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented candidate to support daily back-office operations. The role includes customer data management, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) follow-ups, service coordination, and assisting in sales-related activities. This position plays an important role in ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.🎯 Key Responsibilities:Enter customer details, service data, and billing information accurately in CRMPrepare and follow up on AMC quotations for closuresMaintain records of AMC status (due, expired, upcoming) and coordinate renewalsCoordinate with the service team for scheduling and updatesHandle customer queries and ensure timely follow-upsAssist in invoice generation, payment follow-ups, and documentationTrack service calls, spare parts, and update OEM portals when requiredPrepare weekly and monthly reportsMaintain proper documentation and recordsEnsure smooth coordination between internal teamsSuggest improvements in processes and customer communication✅ Requirements:Graduate (B.Com / B.A. / Diploma preferred)0 to 2 years of experience (Freshers can apply)Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, CRM)Good communication skills
