Job Category: Technical Product DevelopmentJob Description:TBDResponsibilities:Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to business analysts and QA team members on manual and automated testingCollaborate with product owners and business analysts to ensure user stories are well-defined, testable, and include measurable acceptance criteriaIdentify edge cases, risks, and requirement gaps early in the planning process to strengthen story quality and test coverageParticipate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning to advocate for quality throughout the development lifecycleDefine and execute test strategies, including manual test cases, automated scripts, and scenarios for web and API testingDevelop and maintain automated test suites and ensure effective integration into the CI/CD pipelineIdentify, track, and ensure timely resolution of defects, including root cause analysis and process improvementContinuously enhance QA processes, tools, and standards to improve efficiency and product qualityCollaborate across QA, development, and product teams to align on quality goals, timelines, and delivery expectationsSupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and incorporate customer feedback to ensure a high-quality releaseEnsure the final product meets user expectations for functionality, performance, and usabiliDQualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
6+ years of proven experience in the software development industry, working in collaborative team environments
6+ years of experience using automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver with programming languages like Python, C#, or Java
5+ years of hands-on experience testing and automating web services, including RESTful APIs
3+ years of experience in performance testing using tools such as Apache JMeter
2+ years of experience in mobile web application testing automation using Appium
Strong experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Java and C#/.NET
Good to Have-
Experience working with CI/CD technologies such as Bamboo, Bitbucket, Octopus Deploy, and Maven
Working knowledge of API testing tools such as JavaScript, RestAssured
Solid understanding of software engineering best practices across the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations
Experience or familiarity with AWS cloud services
Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to learn new technologies and adapt in a dynamic environment
Familiarity with Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence
Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
Experience operating in a Continuous Integration (CI) environment
