Those intrigued by the prospect of contributing to the digital transformation journey of a Fortune 500 company are encouraged to explore more details about the function through the providedJOB OVERVIEWAs a Lead D&T Analyst - Commercial Capabilities for D&T Commercial Capabilities product team and Project Benjamin, you would be responsible for analyzing requirements, documenting system flow, functional/technical testing, and release of custom applications & reportingIndividual should be able to work independently on large enterprise projects. Individual should be expert in required technologies and provide guidance/help to others. Individual should be able to understand business requirements and convert them into functional specifications.As a Lead D&T Analyst you will be responsible for partnering with our Commercial, BX, Marketing, OUs business partners to provide consultation & deliver robust technical solutions:
  • Delivering on Project Benjamin by bring together multiple differing data sources to ultimately deliver a holistic marketing reporting tool that can be used across BX, Marketing, OUs
  • Champion/shepherd for all things within Commercial Team (inclusive of data, process, & enhancements)
  • Work with a cross-functional team including analyst, PMs, and business stakeholders in business value driven projects
  • Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications
  • Run, Operate & Transform – The analyst will work across all 3.
  • Provide Technical consult on systems supporting our Commercial business partners.
  • Write both unit and integration tests, and develop automation tools for daily tasks
  • Challenge ideas and opinions to avoid pitfalls and inefficient solutions
  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Understanding of Google Cloud platform and its best practices, standards, tools, and documentation for analytical technologies
  • Expanding, increasing functionality and support of internally developed custom SQL/.Net & Oracle/.Net applications for NAR Trade and Retail Sales based web applications.
  • Own best practices, standards, tools, and documentation for analytical technologies.
  • Onboard and help other developers and analysts on the team.
  • Understand key business processes and application platforms for assigned areas.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on business process or solution improvements.
  • Own application support and serve as primary contact for Canada Trade application & Project Benjamin across .
  • Analyse/evaluate issues on different technical platforms like Hadoop, AtScale and others.
  • Also, responsible to handle above responsibilities in future projects related to Google Cloud platform.
  • Key Deliverables:
  • Functional specifications/user stories/use cases/scenarios
  • Business process and system documentation
  • Service level agreements
  • Support metrics.
  • Have implemented complex projects or contributed to the implementation of large projects as an analyst.
  • Expand knowledge of, and ability to apply, techno-functional standards by assisting in their revision
  • Possess a good working knowledge of the IT application and technical tools landscape
  • Begin to demonstrate initiative and ownership by proactively resolving issues and taking on multiple tasks
  • Key Deliverables - Functional specifications/user stories/use cases/scenarios | Business process and system documentation | Service level agreements | Support metrics
  • Understanding of CPG industry
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Education – Full time graduation from an accredited university (Mandatory- Note: This is the minimum education criteria which cannot be altered)
  • Education
  • Minimum Degree Requirements: Bachelors
  • Preferred Degree Requirements: Bachelors
  • Preferred Major Area of Study: Computer Science
  • Experience
  • Minimum years of related experience required: 10+ years
  • Preferred years of related experience: 8+ years
  • Experience as a Technical Business Analyst: 6+ Years
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Identifies business needs and successfully implements solutions, transforming business processes to deliver outstanding results.
  • Business Analyst certifications
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Platform) and ability to apply/revise techno-functional standards.

  • Team player, self-driven, and able to mentor individuals in large teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; highly collaborative and able to build/sustain relationships.
