You will work closely with Learning Experience Architects, SMEs, and delivery teams to ensure learning solutions are instructionally sound, visually consistent, and ready to scale.Your focus will include:Creating detailed storyboards and design assets that bring learning designs to life and guide development clearlyBuilding high-quality eLearning modules, video scripts, and digital assets using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Vyond, and similar platformsPartnering with architects, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, alignment, and strong learner flowIncorporating feedback thoughtfully to improve learning effectiveness without compromising qualityApplying templates, authoring standards, and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and consistencyPerforming rigorous quality checks across content accuracy, language, accessibility, and functionalityManaging your own work independently while meeting timelines and delivery expectationsFollowing established workflows and quality frameworks to ensure consistent output across programsContributing to team capability through knowledge sharing and informal mentoringWhat we are looking forThis role is best suited for someone who is confident in instructional design fundamentals and equally comfortable executing the work.You likely bring:Strong grounding in instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE and SAMDeep experience creating storyboards and learner-centric content that simplifies complex topicsHands-on expertise building interactive eLearning using tools such as Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, and related platformsExperience designing blended or multi-modal learning solutions aligned to business needsA quality-first mindset, with strong attention to accuracy, accessibility, and instructional integrityComfort using emerging and AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity and learning qualityClear written communication skills and confidence working in EnglishQualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communication, or a related fieldRelevant experience in instructional design, content development, or digital learning deliveryA genuine interest in building impactful learning experiences and continuously improving your craftTools and technologiesAuthoring: Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, VyondDesign: PowerPoint, Canva, basic Adobe Photoshop or IllustratorLearning platforms: Familiarity with LMS concepts, SCORM standards, and content managementWhy join usYou will be part of a delivery-focused learning organization where quality matters, roles are clearly defined, and good design is valued.
