Experience: 2-6 years (preferably in real estate or construction industry)Requirement:The on-ground presence at the construction site, tasked with supervising daily work, ensuring quality control, and managing labour.Job Description:Supervise day-to-day activities at the construction site.Ensure all work is carried out as per approved drawings, design specifications, and safety standards.Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site laborers.Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to quality control measures.Assist in the preparation of project schedules and resource planning.Handle site measurements and verification of bills.Resolve any site-based technical issues promptly.Ensure effective implementation of project timelines and milestones.Liaise with architects, consultants, and clients as required.Job requirements
